In April 2024, my life completely changed direction. After nearly four decades at a company, I was unexpectedly let go. Around the same time, my mom passed away suddenly, leaving me overwhelmed. It felt like I couldn't catch my breath. I had to step back and figure out what I really wanted to do next.

That's when I realized my passion for true crime. I've always been fascinated by podcasts, investigations, shows like Criminal Minds, books, and even advocacy work. I decided to delve deeper into this interest. I received training from two top researchers in the true crime podcast industry, Haley Grey and Andrea Marshbank. With their guidance, I earned certification as a Researcher.

I didn't stop there. I launched my own business called True Crime Inquisitive Insights. Most days, you'll find me working alongside my loyal companion, Millie. She adds her own perspective to the stories I research.
